I've Failed So Many Times...

Issue #71

Greetings Reader!!!

Today is the last day of my Fast and I feel Great!

I'm excited about my new book and can't wait to start talking about it.

More on that in a minute.

I want to take a minute to address what has been problem for a very long time when it comes to success.

I'm still amazed at how people think that successful people, whether they are entrepreneurs, sports stars, entertainers, professionals, etc....

I'm amazed that people think that these people haven't failed their way to success.

They just think successful people got lucky and never had it hard.

Every now and then, someone will say to me, "Brother B, you just don't understand."

The Hell I Don't!

I know what it's like to face tremendous hardships and pressures.

I know what it's like to feel scared and alone.

The Bankruptcies, The Foreclosures, The Repossessions, The Rejections, The Flops...

All of The Failures!

I'm Grateful that I learned ...

Every great entrepreneur has failed, learned, and adapted. The difference is, they kept going.

They realized that Failure is a necessary part of the journey.

There is No Success Without Failure.

It's a Key Ingredient!

Failure Is Good

Unfortunately, most of us, from a very early age have been taught at home and in school that Failure Is Bad.

We all dreaded getting that F in school.

Our parents punished us when we got an F or our report card... it was called a Failing Grade.

What's really sad is the behaviors of working with others and sharing our answers was considered cheating.

You're sure to get an F if you do that.

And now we've brought that trauma into adulthood.

The very same traits that would get us a failing grade in school are the very traits that would give us a passing grade as adults.

We don't want to work together and share answers and we're more afraid of Failing in Adulthood than we were as children.

Accept Risk

To live in the world successfully, at least on planet Earth, you must accept risk.

Don't live in regrets. I've met too many people who live lives of regret...

I don't want that to be you. You should go for what you want.

Learn what you need to learn and do your best.

At least you won't have to suffer living a life of What If?

Don't Be Afraid Of Failure

The realization that failure is nothing to be scared of is critical.

Sometimes when we fear something, we unconsciously manifest it in our lives.

Example:

Those who fear poverty the most tend to end up in poverty.
Those who fear being alone tend to end up being alone.

These are just a couple of examples of bringing what we fear into our lives.

I'm sure you can think of others.

Once Fear is removed by experience of failure and you realize it's not that bad, then we're free to think about success more.

Think about that.

The more we embrace Fear & Failure and learn from it,
we're Free to Succeed!

So, the key to the Success we Desire is to first Master The Fine Art of Failing!

With that said, 'Hurry Up & Fail' would ya...
