Greetings Reader!!!

Talking about jobs is such a touchy subject for us.

People come down hard on both sides of the conversation.

Even Tabitha Brown got into a little warm water by telling women, in particular
Black Women that they need to go get a job.

I think one of the reasons this sparked such an uproar is the fact
that there are major reports about Black Women losing jobs and
becoming unemployed.

I have very, very strong views on this and I've been speaking and teaching
on it for over 25 years.​

I believe wholeheartedly, that this conversation gets distorted because
we rarely go to the root and discuss this idea of jobs and where it comes
from.
​
I was taught a long time ago that corporate America would not be able
to provide enough jobs for white people, let alone, Black People.

So we've reached that point in time where this conversation is going to
get hotter and hotter and talked about almost daily.

So, I'm sure we'll be addressing this issue, but more importantly, SOLUTIONS,​
in the very near future.
